I ordered two Gucci belts and handbag. The quality was sub-standard. The belts had indents and purple ink on one and dropped stitching on another. The bag looked like it had a glued bottom with white gaps on a black bag. Stay away from this company!!!! They say free shipping, but when you get your merchandise and return it, they charge you for their shipping costs for plus you pay for return shipping and are at a loss. I sent pics to customer service to Illustrate the defects which they ignored. This occurred December 2021 and I am an experienced Gucci buyer who quickly noticed these defects, but trusted the site due to reviews.
