I had placed an order in March. The order split into two shipments; one arrived safe and sound, but the other never came. The tracking they provided, which only available through the order details on Jomashop website, indicates that the shipment at Zajnbb in Jun, and it stuck there. I contacted Jomashop in August for still not receiving the shipment. They asked me to wait for someone to contact me for investigation, and they also indicate that it may take several weeks for someone to contact me. I waited until October, and no one does. I contact Jomashop again, but they told me to contact carrier instead. Since it can not be tracked on DHL website ever since March, I asked the representative what should I do if DHL cannot help me on this. She kicked me out of the live chat. I contacted DHL in October, and they replied me that the tracking is not in the system. Thus, being desperate enough, I contacted Jomashop today, which is December; the representative told me that the missing report had been declined since August is so late that DHL was no longer holding information for this shipment. The insurance and missing claim cannot be filed since DHL no longer holds it. If this is the case, I wish they can tell me since August instead of keeping me hanging and asking me to go round and round.
