They did not help me from the site to eliminate the defect, the only thing they wrote me to send them an official offer from a local service, provided that I informed them that in my country there is no official service and representative of the watch brand, and no local service to offered me an official offer, provided that the missing part must be imported from another country, and the estimated value of the repair is higher than the value of the watch. Well, now I will wait for the money from the purchase to be returned to me, but only after they get the watch back, which will be no earlier than a month. And the fees paid by me are at my expense. And you sent me a damaged watch.
