Purchased a purse for my wife. It was the wrong one and she was looking into another. I purchased this 33 days prior to Christmas. Contacted Customer Service. I was told it was outside the return and exchange policy, too bad. The policy is 30 days. I would have waited the 3 days if it meant the ability to use their policies. I As someone who has worked in Customer Service for 15+ years - 3 days would be a simple exchange. I would like to exchange my product. You can still keep my money and sell my return in original packaging AGAIN! But instead you have me writing a poor review because your customer service department has 0 understanding of what customer service is. I would understand if I was 60-90-6month-1year outside of the policy. But 3 days and I just want an exchange. Bogus company. I’ll be sure to direct people to any of you competitors 🤝
