I bought a Cartier, a Chopard, and a Tag Heuer from Joma over a short period of time. Very shortly after purchasing them, each developed a. Major problem. Joma was unable to fix any of them. It was shortly after purchase and well within the warranty, so they blamed me for the problems. The Chopard, with diamonds for my wife kept getting moisture under the glass ( it is supposed to be waterproof, the Cartier will not keep good time, and the Tag has an arm frozen in place! Sent the Cartier back twice and the Chopard 3 times. Never fixed them. Didn't bother with the Tag. If I had to guess, they're getting second quality items thats how they can discount as much as they do.
I went directly to the Omega store and replaced the Cartier . Ill never use these crooks again.
