I ordered a watch in the beginning of December. The description said it will ship in 5 to 7 days. Two weeks later I was still waiting. I was informed at that time that the watch was out of stock but more were coming in. I canceled that order and ordered another watch that said it would ship out right away. Again, two weeks later I was still waiting and when I inquired about it I was again told that this watch was out of stock but more on the way. I finally got the watch and noticed that the manufacturer warranty card was not filled out by the seller. The card must be filled out before the warranty would take affect. I inquired about this and was told that Jomashop would warranty the watch with the same time frame as the manufacturer. They also told me that Jomashop was NOT an authorized retailer (that’s why they didn’t fill out the card). I then asked to get something in writing with my name and all the details (serial number, model number etc) that they would indeed honor the warranty and I got crickets, nothing, no response. Customer service sucks.
