My first experience with Jomashop. I order a watch as a gift. The item was lost in shipping for more than 10 days, and had not been scanned in 10 days. In addition it missed the intended gift date. I called to receive a refund and/or possibly order another item (the purchased item was sold out), but was told that a refund was not possible. I would have to wait 3 weeks for an inquiry to be done. I understand shipping is some what out of there control, but customers service is not. They lost a potential customer for years to come.
