I ordered product from the website. They said it is delivered and i never received my product after that i filed claim and they said don't worry we will look in to it. But its been around 2 weeks and i am still waiting for my money or package. You have worst customer service policy and should ask you courier company to take sign before leaving package at the gate so that this could not happen again to anyone else. I lost my 500 dollars because of you guys. You guys should learn about customer service from big companies like apple and amazon.
