I ordered Tissot watch from Jomashop.com. Watch was delivered defected. I contacted Jomashop customer service immediately and asked for repair. They say they offer 2 years warranty on Tissot watches. Few days after they answered and asked for photo proof showing defects. I sent photos. Nobody’s replied ever after that. I gave up after a month waiting and went to local repair shop and have watch fixed because I really liked the watch. Few days after I fixed watch they sent email with authorization return form. I said I have already fixed watch after they ignored my repair request and ask them if they can reimbursed amount payed for repair. They said NO because they sent return form and watch has to be inspected. This is the worst buying experience ever I had and even worst customer service support. I will not buy anything else from Jomashop definitely.
