I love the product (5 stars there) but when I tried to chose your free standard shipping for the item that was $1k+, it wouldn't let me do so. Since it was after hours, I decided to call in few days. I spoke to customer service explaining that at the time of purchase the site was malfunctioning for standard shipping and automatically took me to 2-day shipping. I asked customer service to wave the shipping fee but the person was useless, telling me that someone will call me back because she doesn't know how to handle this issue. It's been few weeks, still waiting for someone to call me or refund my 2-day shipping for not site malfunction. Just disappointed how things got handled for the amount of money I spent.
