Really Bad Experience but I blame myself not Joma. I would never buy anything from Jomashop. Don't buy expensive watches at Joma. Its definitely ok to buy cheap watches at Joma as long as there is no restocking fee because you have nothing to loose. I'll give you a simple rule don't buy anything above for 4000 from Joma. Here is the reason. I purchased a Panerai for $7391 with taxes. The watch is listed for $8100. If I purchase it from the dealer it includes 2 services which are 500 a piece that need to be done every 4 years and a 8 year warranty . The deal would have also included an third wrist band. I got that offer from the deal in Beverly Hills and Milian. In Spain the authorized deal would have matched Joma price but you still take a chance with customs or mail the box back. I was flying to Oregon which has no sales tax. If I had the original store mail me the item I would absolutely have a brand new watch, plus a warranty, plus 2 services and an additional ban which combined is much greater then what I saved from buying a watch that seems off from Joma. Something about my watch makes me feel like it isn't new and something is off. Joma would take it back but couldn't agree to waive the restocking fee. In the end I made a poor decision because I didn't do enough research before I purchased it. Even if the watch had no issues it would have been better to buy from the deal. My simple advice to anyone is Joma is fine for cheap watches but nothing else. Customer service was actually responsive and quick. Delivery Time: About a month even though the item was instock. Watch: I wasn't happy with it and because it was over 4000 dollars I would have to pay a restock fee to return it. It didn't come with an authenticity card or manual. The customer service agent at Joma told me Panerai went green and didn't include. I went to have the watched checked out in Beverly Hills store and they told me that's not true. I really wasn't happy with the watch. I get a feeling it was a floor model or something. The wooden box was smudged up and something about the band I didn't like. This was the second watch I purchased on Joma. I sent the 1st one back because when it arrived something looked off. After buy 2 watches from Jomashop that I was unhappy I would never buy from Joma again. I'll give you a simple rule don't buy anything above for 4000 from Joma
