Purchased an automatic watch and only wore it once. My neighbor recommended the watch as he purchased the same one and is an expert. WP weeks after the purchase I could not get the crown out, it was extremely tight. My neighbor told me he has the same experience and that could be because it’s new. This passed Sunday I wanted to wear the watch and needed to change the time. The crown was very tight again. Tried to reach Joma shop but they were not answering their phones and their website has been down for three days now. Called for two days and finally got through today and waited for 82 minutes. An man with a British accent who would not give his name came on and I explained the problem. He immediately told me that I don’t know anything about watches and preceded to demean and talk down to me like I was some kind of imbecile. I said I have had several diving watches and automatic watches but never had this issue. Told him that my neighbor has the same issue and he is and expert with dozens of automatic watches and over 25 years of sales experience. The man didn’t care and said that I don’t know what o was doing. I asked for a refund but he said there will be no refund even though the watch was worn only once. He said I would receive an email in a couple of days and if I want I can send it in and his experts will determine if it can be fixed. Haven’t received any emails from Jomashop. I would never buy a damn thing from these arrogant jerks who treat customers who spend good money on their website. My neighbor was also told, no refund. Avoid Jomashop!!!!
