My item was missing three items (I ordered five ties), with a partially opened box. Could be JomaShop's fault, could be FedEx, but regardless, I received horrible service (was surprised I could even reach someone as I have an unanswered email that has still yet to be answered, was on hold for 2 hours with nothing, and decided that chat was the best option, which still took a while). The representative was accusatory and not helpful at all- I was told to send pictures of my box and email it to her - this was tough, as I did take a picture of the damaged box, but it was only from one angle. I was told by the rep that this will not suffice, and for all the rep knows, it would be "without proof and that the rep would have to go on my word, which isn't enough." Somehow, I am out now around $300 for something JomaShop will not try to help on. Also, my second package was late as well, so there's that.
