i ordered a watch and i received the wrong one (which is okay because mistakes do happen). i contacted customer (waited on hold for a half an hour) service and told them the issue still no response i contacted them again (waited on hold for a half an hour) this time i received a lot of requirements to take many pictures of the watch to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the one i got was incorrect. still now very un clear if they were going to replace it or refund me not answering me properly they told me to send it back .1 week after i sent it back i receive an email that my purchase was refunded but still not the full amount of the watch i am still waiting. i was extremely disappointed with there customer service especially since they messed up my order do not buy from them
