The order process went well, I paid additional to get it delivered on time. However, the watch itself was in a box (sleeve) that was sliced, ripped and taped. There were parts missing from the sleeve and it looked like it had been trashed. That box was thrown into a cardboard shipping box with no packing, so I'm sure it was bounced around in transit. The watch was in the case, and it was in good condition, but there was no owner's manual, no warranty card and the watch was not secure in the case. Calling Customer service was painful, long, long wait. They couldn't do anything about the shipping and condition, as the watch was working fine, they wouldn't send a new box, and they told me to download the manual off the web. Admittedly this was not a big $$ watch, but I was expecting better service. The watch was a gift, I just corrected the issues as best I could...
