Just purchased and received yesterday what I was led to believe was a brand new Franck Muller $9,800 retail watch. Supposed to have new box and original papers, certificate of authenticity, etc. No Owners manual. ZIP.
I GOT NONE OF THAT! Box is broken and coming apart in several areas. UNBELIEVABLE! STAY AWAY.
Now they are not returning emails for past 2 days.
