I placed an order for 3 bottles of perfume on this website. I never received my order. I contacted them and the post office, but they have refused to give me a refund and keep telling me they're still investigating. The post office has let me know their investigation is closed but Joma Shop keeps telling me it's ongoing so they don't have to refund me. I had to contact my bank and put in a claim to receive my money back. VERY RUDE customer service representatives who have the audacity to raise their voices at you while basically stealing from you. Definitely staying away, a horrible experience !
