Most of my orders come very slow. Usually 3 weeks or more.
I rate two stars because "communication, shipping speed" is really bad. If your order shipped, that's great, it will come for sure, just slow. But if you placed order(s), wait few weeks and still don't see your item is marked at shipped, you better cancel the order by calling them (they don't have cancel option on website up to today) and buy the item from other vendors. The weird thing I have been experiencing a few time is they clearly say: "Item in stock" but they'd never shipped. If you don't cancel the order and wait for 4 or more weeks, they will cancel your order without any explanation in the cancel email(s) they sent you while the website still showing the item is "Item in stock". See how weird it is here ???
I know they can do it better because they are not a small business store but just not now T___T.
