Please start working on your customer service department. Your products are great and authentic but unfortunately your customer service representatives on phone are very rude and they don’t care about their employers… they are not even ready to take customers feedback… I am sorry but you need to start working on their PR and customer catering services as they have been damaging your name and reputation. They want customer to cancel their orders rather than helping them with the accurate information. Please look into this I am putting my order number here so you know who was the customer representative spoke to me rudely and wanted customer to cancel their orders rather than proving the right help/ information.
