In jomashop I usually buy Arabic perfumery and so far I have not had any problems with my items. On one occasion I had what seemed like a significant delay in my shipment but the customer service representative very kindly explained to me that my perfume was out of stock at the time but that it would arrive at the warehouse a few days later and it would be shipped immediately and it did. . She also explained to me that when searching for desired items, look below the price because they specify how long it will take to ship. So far I am very happy with my purchases.
