It’s absurd to expect customers to pay for the return of a fake product that they knowingly sold. This entire experience has been dismaying, to say the least. I hope that potential customers are aware of the issues I faced with this app. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. As consumers, we deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment. This ordeal serves as a stark reminder to be cautious when dealing with jomashop and similar platforms.
