I've purchased from Jomashop before, but this was the first time I had to return an item. I worked with a very pleasant rep, but I think the communication was just a bit unclear. The watch had a scratch on the inside of the crystal and I was unsure what to do about it. The rep offered a discount on the watch to keep it as is, but took a few emails before it was offered to return the item for a refund. I was directed to the RMA process which was very easy. They offered to pay for the return shipping and was given a full refund including my expedited shipping cost. I turned around and purchased the watch again, which was flawless and honestly the product images didn't even do it justice. I think this was just a learning experience on the RMA process. I will CERTAINLY, purchase from Jomashop again in the future.
