I placed the order and did not any confirmation although my card was charged.
I took screenshots of the item purchased as well as Amazon pay charge, and sent it to customer service as well as gave them a call. I was told i did not place the order however someone reversed my payment after I showed proof that I was in fact charged.
This is very disappointing.
