Made purchase of 4 items (ordered 4 watches) Received only 3, although in the order tracking system, it was noted that all 4 items were delivered. Contacted Jomashop consultants was told the following:

We would like you to please provide us with an official letter from the shipping company ( Fright Forwarding) to my direct email https://jomashop.privatesharing.io/ informing us that they have not received the package. For us to escalate the matter.
