I made my first order on Joma on 23 April. full transaction of the money in that day, with a 2 days delivery. 3 days later wen I did not receive the order I contact them and they let me know that I have to provide extra documents to proof my identity. the Joma supervisor is Kamela. after disusing with her I did send an email with all the documents that they asked( My Romanian Id , passport , and the proof that I work in US) .5 days later still no reply from them, I had to contact them again. and they let me know that my transaction was canceled and to send them a wire transfer. I asked how could I pay 2 times for a product that still is I don't know if I will receive. They could not offer a logical answer. Now 13 days later after Joma has my money , they still DID NOT start the refund process.as per last lady from costumer service. absolutely disappointed in the service. specially of Kamela that was in charge of the situation.
