It is the WORST online store I've ever bought a product. I bought a watch on November 2023, it was required an adult signature on the delivery. I didn’t receive my package, and there was no information about who was the person that signed the alleged delivery. After a long time talking with Jomashop employees they told me that they would make a refund. But, after a while they told me that was not possible, so they offered the reshipment of the product. Trying to finish this situation I accepted, they even sent me the shipping confirmation with all the details, but the package was never delivered to the carrier, and I’m still waiting with no answer from Jomashop, without the watch and the refund. They make their customers as fools.
