Generally ships on time, but some items can take a few weeks to ship and there is little transparency about when something will actually ship. They've started putting a very small notice on the item listing saying "ships in 1-2 weeks" but it's small and hard to see if you don't know where to look. It can be frustrating. Once things ship, though, tracking is clear and updated regularly. Customer service can be helpful, but it often takes a long time for them to respond, and most responses are formed canned responses that may not actually have read your message.
