I placed an order for a perfume, paid in full, and received absolutely nothing in return. When the package didn’t arrive, I contacted USPS, who confirmed there was never a shipment to the address provided. I then reached out to Jomashop customer service, who assured me they would investigate and get back to me by September 19th.
Well, it’s the 19th. I called back — only to be told the investigation hasn’t even been started.
Let’s be clear: I did my part. I paid. I followed up. I waited. Yet here I am, still without the product I ordered and being tossed around by a customer service team that can’t even follow through on their own timelines.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s a complete failure to uphold even the most basic standards of responsibility and accountability. And frankly, it's insulting to be treated like this after paying money in good faith.
