I want to give a huge shoutout to RENATO from customer service! After 3 weeks of going in circles and getting nowhere with other reps, Renato was the ONLY one who actually helped me get my refund for an item I never received. Everyone else just kept delaying me and honestly didn't even seem to care about my situation but he stepped in, took my case seriously, and got it resolved quickly. Thank you, Renato! You honestly saved the whole experience for me! Honestly, Jomashop should consider Renato for a manager role, his service and dedication to customers is way above the rest and the only reason Jomashop is even getting a 5 star review from me is all due to him .
