I read all positive reviews about Jomashop and decided to do business with them for the first time. I purchased a watch. The site states clearly all items are brand new. The watch arrived showing signs of worn/returned. It had several scratches on the watchband. Immediately I contacted their customer service to return the watch. They went out of their way to make thing harder for me to return. They requested that I took photo of the watch showing sign of scratches which I did. They promised to look at the email/photo and got back to me which they never did. I called and ask to speak to the customer service named "Farrukh", they always said he was "busy" - He is the one who handled my case. Finally, after 3 attempts, the other customer service sent me the return label which I will be charged $14 for shipping it back.
$14 is not a big deal, but why do I have to pay this when their product is not what they advertise?
Please be ware and do not do business with Jomashop. False advertising, bad customer service, used products... are not worth the saving. And yes, you get what you pay for.
