They shipped me a watch with a dead battery. When I contacted them to get a replacement, they offered $10 for a battery. I called a bunch of local jewelry stores and none of them will replace a battery for $10. Cheapest I could find was $16. I'm still waiting for my $10 credit. I would not buy from these careless crooks, they just don't care.
