I do purchases from Jomashop for over $6,000.00 dollars a year, and about 4 weeks ago i place an order for 8 different watches (They delivered 7 watches) i was missing only 1 watch, i called 3 weeks ago and told me that the watch was now available and they will prepare the shipping (I didn't get it) i called the following week and the same story again. now i called and they told me that the order has been canceled because they run out of the item. i called and spoke to KAILY and ARI which couldn't help me at all (Worst customer service) trying to talk to Faith (The manager) with no luck. i also gave them the solution and refusing to help. please contact me asap (you know who i am) and find a solution ASAP.
