Terrible place.
Several pieces i have purchased from here. The first, no warranty as it's grey market watches not covered by the direct company. Second, watch came wrapped in plastic, smelling like sewage, soaking wet, box and papers totally destroyed. Lodged a claim with joma saying they will go through insurance, hear nothing months on end then close the claim refusing to replace or to compensate.
