I purchased a watch (PAM 661) on a Sunday evening with free overnight shipping, granted the following Monday was a holiday... I didn't receive tracking by Wednesday so decided to call, apparently this company doesn't keep anything in stock. They had to order this watch just to fill my order. So much for "Free overnight shipping". After calling and expressing my frustration, customer service cancelled my order and hung up on me. I called back and they did offer me $100 off if I reinstated my order, so I did… After another week of not receiving tracking I decided to call back and cancel the order myself. Normally I would have no issues with waiting a week or so, that really isn't the problem. I felt as though they falsely advertised that you would actually get this watch "the next day" so I purchased through them even though they weren't the cheapest just to have it sooner.
