Customer service is non-existent, I bought a watch, paid for expedited shipping at checkout with a specific delivery date as it was supposed to be a gift. They were late shipping it so I didn’t receive it on the day I chose for deliver and paid extra for. Customer service told me basically to pound salt and I’d have to PAY again to ship it back for a refund. Emailed customer service voicing my displeasure, didn’t get a reply until 6 days later again telling me to pound salt. Horrible experience would never buy anything from them again.
