I bought a Tudor Black Bay Steel and Gold. The watch arrived with tarnishing on the bezel, sizing roughly a quarter of an inch in length. This tarnishing is between the 10:00 and 11:00 indices and can be seen more prominently at different angles. I did not notice this blemish before removing the tag. After contacting Jomashop, I was told the watch could only be returned if the tags were still on the watch. The representative offered a few hundred dollar discount based on a current coupon code on their site that was not available when I purchased the watch. I was also offered an extra $100 off for the blemish. I had to initiate the majority of conversations with the representative, speaking both over the phone and via email multiple times. I am left wondering why I have tarnishing on my "brand new" watch--I do not know how it was stored or handled. I am frustrated with my experience and thought Jomashop would provide more customer service for sending me a less than perfect luxury watch. Because of this experience, I will never buy from Jomashop again.
