Bought a pair of sunglasses. They came in a dirty box, with no case and inside the box was a detached nose pad which was broken, meanwhile the glasses were in a plastic bag so, they knew they were defective when they shipped them to me. I started a return, they sent me an email with a shipping label noting that 'If you choose to use the shipping label you will be charged $6.99. If you choose not to use the shipping label we will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs even if the Free Shipping option was selected usually $5-$40' I won't be shopping with them ever again.
