I had ordered a watch from jomashop. Received a mail that the product has been delivered but i never got the product. When i called them regarding the same, they asked me to check with the neighbours and go to post office and check. They are delivering a $528 watch and asking me to check with neighbours and post office. They should have called while attempting a delivery and should at least get a signature of the receiver. On further communications, they told me that they are going to proceed with a shipping claim, but won’t give an assurance for refund for the watch. The entire situation was handled very badly and it made me feel as if it is a fraudulent website. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.
