I ordered a Fendi bag strap and after a week the strap started to fray. I called customer service and they stated that they are not responsible for wear and tear in a very snotty manner. I told him I only wore it a few times and he said again they are not responsible for wear and tear. He also stated that i can return if it is in the original condition which makes no sense at all!!!
VERY VERY unhappy with the customer service and am planning on reporting to better business bureau.
