I attempted to purchase a pair of Ugg Mini Twist boots. I paid via PayPal. After 10 days, I had yet to receive my order. When I phoned customer service, they stated that they no longer had the boots in stock and that when I ordered, they probably only had one. I responded with that they never contacted me. They responded with that they were attempting to locate a pair and was planning on contacting me in a couple of days. That would have made almost two weeks since I ordered. This place took my money, failed to communicate and send me my merchandise. They asked if I wanted a smaller size. Why would I want a size smaller than what I ordered. They then asked if I wanted a refund. Well duh! If you don’t have my boots, the yes I wanna refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.
