Watch came in with time not set. Not keeping time. Took to jeweler to change links and set time...still did not work called jomashop to get fixed. I was told can’t refund because of modification. Ok sent in for repairs. Took six weeks just to tell me I modified it and found scratch on crown. Won’t fix.whats wrong with my new watch? How do you set time on watch without voiding returns and warranties? Don’t buy from them unless you are watch expert! Make sure you have x-ray vision to see the inside working.because if you touch it or scuff it voids return and warranty. Make sure you use credit card for purchase.(better protection on refund.) I used Paypal. I purchased from jomashop in the past but all products worked.but when product has issue or need return customer service has an attitude! I will pay more with another vender to get better service if that is the case. Purchased raymond Weil diamond shine.
