Hi all,
Unfortunately I bought the Hamilton watch from the Jomashop.Have never recieved the watch because nobody could figure out where 11375 zip code is.My credit card was charged for the sum of $600. I called the Jomashop costumer service and asked for the refund.The rep said that they have to get the watch back and then I will get my refund.I have never had experienced anything like that.What will happen if the usps won't deliver the watch back to Jomashop or the watch will get lost?It means that I will not get my money back.
Terrible experience with Jomashop.The costumer service personal rude and illmanered.I am so sorry that I bought the watch from the Jomashop. It is better to overpay to some reputable watch seller than deal with Jomashop.Please go and buy from someone else.
