Product (gucci bag) seems to be fine FED X Service was not good stated 5-15 delivery sign required than at 5:30 pm stated not coming cant wait all day for delivery than no show spoke to them than they delivered 5-17 and just left at door 1000.00 value never signed for NO GOOD
