I ordered a watch from them on April 15, 2020 and received the watch April 22, 2020. Opened the box, looked at the watch and set it in my watch case. A month later, I looked at the watch as I was planning to wear it that day. The plastic was still on it and the watch stopped working on May 10, 2020. I contacted them right away and the answer I got is they will pay me to have a local shop change the battery. Changed the battery and didn't get a refund from them.
I then placed it back on my watch case. I left it there until I was thinking of using the watch for Father's day. I looked at the watch on June 20, 2020 and found the watch stopped working again. I contacted them again and the same day June 20, 2020 and I did not get an email or reply from them. June 23, 2020, I called them and explained that the watch stopped working again and I need a replacement. The guy hang up on me and just sent me the return form and now I have to pay the shipping back to them.
I would not waste time buying from this company again. I'm going to block them after this is resolved and go somewhere else.
This is not the first purchase I had with them. But this is definitely the worst purchase experience I had with them.
