I ordered two pairs of shoes and I literally did NOT get the one I ordered for one. Apparently they ran out of the product and without any consent or notice they sent another cheaper type shoe. I couldn’t get a refund and I was disappointed. The shoe quality was subpar for the cost; I worn the ones they sent a few times but, I absolutely didn’t like the shoes. It’s just sitting in my closet now. The method to deactivate your account is so tedious as well. You have to go through customer service and the wait time is long. The customer service representative was nice, but I never was able to get my problem fixed. First purchase went terrible, not buying here again.
