I wanted to buy a pair of shoes (knowing from online that they were bad quality and that I'd be signed up for a hard to cancel membership), but I did it anyway because I thought I could cancel via PayPal, as it's usually good for that, but justfab didn't tell PayPal that there was a monthly fee, so I had to call. When I called I found out that it cancels the order if I cancel the subscription, and as I wanted the shoes because the price was okay, I said I would just cancel one they were shipped. Then I realized that I'm probably going to be charged because it's an awful scammy website, so I called back to cancel the subscription. Then I got an email confirmation that my order was cancelled, but it called me a VIP and said that my rewards status was VIP, so I called back and was told that I'm not still on the VIP membership despite what the email said, and was told to check my account on the website, which wasn't helpful at all because it was very vague on whether I did or did not have a subscription. This is an awful website, the only thing I'd recommend to anyone is to not buy through it because it's awful.
