This was an order for a funeral. I double checked and they even called me to confirm this order yet after the funeral was over I got an email saying they had been unable to deliver it on time for the funeral...this after the delivery was ordered and delivery confirmed for the day before. The they asked if I wanted to reschedule. How does one reschedule an order for a funeral.. Of course it is impossible. I await their refunding my credit card.
In the future I will never order from them or any online service again but seek out a reputable florist in the town it is to be delivered in and I would suggest others d
