After spending an hour looking for the perfect flowers for my niece's birthday I called justflowers who stated they delivered on Sundays the day of the birthday. They delivered a day early and I was shocked when she sent the picture to me that did not look at all like I ordered. I called them and they said they tried to deliver on time but if I read the policy I would have seen it was sometimes off a day or so. I did not see the policy before I ordered but talked with a person to ensure the right date. The flowers came in a vase not the basket I ordered and I had gotten a premium upgrade but the flowers were not what I paid so for 104.00 I got the wrong (and less) flowers that I ordered and also the wrong day. They offered me 10.00 discount which was an insult.
