I placed an order on Tuesday, 5/7 to be delivered on Friday, 5/10. I had to place a call to customer service at 6:30 as my Mom had still not received her flowers. After spending 20 minutes on the phone I found they had been delivered. They were brought to my Mom’s back door not her front. She cannot even see this door. They left them at the bottom of the stairs which she cannot go down and had to have her grandson get the flowers for her. At approximately 7:30, I received an e-mail stating her flowers had been delivered at 9:10 am. They had sat outside in the heat all day until my nephew could get them inside around 7:00 pm. Upon seeing a picture of the flowers they are not what I ordered. The flowers delivered are not even in the same color family. What was sent is ugly and I would never have chose the arrangement. This is the worst company I have dealt with on flower delivery. The first picture shows what I ordered and the second shows what my mom received.
