I ordered flowers for my mom who lost her husband a few months ago and was told it would be delivered on Sunday May 12 (2024). Got an email at 4:12pm saying sorry couldn't deliver it but will do it tomorrow. Absolutely egregious! No phone calls just an end of day, oh well, email!!! I live out of state and relied on this company only to have them flake with no remorse or consideration for all the people they seem to be crapping on. I should have looked for reviews before I trusted them with my business. If you read this and have other social media avenues, like next door, google and the like please make folks aware that this is a very unreliable company that dismisses their obligations and responsibilities to their customers. My order number was #9899080 and my receipt had a assured delivery date of Mothers Day May 12th.
